I got Tiffanie to go biking with me the other day... and yes, she is hard core. I couldn't be more proud of her. We went from the Glenwood to Bridalveil falls, and I have to admit, she did a fabulous job of keeping up and not crashing considering she hasn't ridden a bike for about... uh... 7 years? Anywho, kudos to you Tiffanie! Kudos to you.

I like the speed racer shirt. Not a tool (coming from someone wearing pink golf pants), but cool. The shorts need to be replaced with something black and not shiny.
