Sweet Wonderful Greasy Burgers. Woot, Brand "X".

The other day whilst at work I was asked to go on a little assignment... I and another were to drive the police cars to Springville so that their radio frequencies could be changed for some reason. It took WAY too long. It seriously took an hour to change one radio. As I was standing around waiting I chatted with an officer about life dreams and aspirations, and we got on the subject of good burgers. That is where most of my conversations end up. He told me of this place called Brand "X" that I recalled seeing on the way into town. That night I told Tiffanie that we needed to go there. The next day we decided it was time.

As you can see, the dining area provides exquisite comfort of which I require for my eating pleasure. It looks like they are still working on getting a sign that isn't bent and broken... but that just adds to the overall quality and feel of an old greasy burger joint.

I ordered the Bacon Cheese burger combo, and Tiff go the Chicken Bacon Swiss. Both were great choices, and I was in love with the fries. They made certain to give you enough fry sauce, and even a cup of white sauce, which I learned was simply mayonnaise after dipping a few fries in it... it is surprisingly delicious, but it just feels wrong. I would have to rate this place as an 8 on deliciousness and a 4 on comfort and overall awesome surroundings... I would say the food is worth it, though. It was fun.

Brand X is my sister's and her husband's favorite burger place in Springville where they live. There is also an awesome hole in the wall Mexican food restaurant on the same side of the street and north a little ways. Good stuff. Always crowded which is always a good sign.

I think we all know who the more credible source is Mandi.

It's sad to have a husband who doesn't like to binge on greasy food.

I think Gary rules - he must be my true son - or at least someone I'm trying to emulate. When did you do all these blogs Zak? You go long with no updates. I'm missing out!
