I love ya Bush
Lately Tiff and I have been realizing just how much school costs when there are two of you to pay for. Yesterday I bought books for both of us and it came to $800. EIGHT HUNDRED!! For books!! That doesn't even touch the cost of tuition and BYU health insurance, so lets just say I am grateful to have a little savings. It also helped to apply for PELL grants, although I was a little disappointed with the amount I received. I thought that I would at least get half tuition, which I didn't. I don't want to sound ungrateful, though, because every bit helps out. Today was a good day, though. I was looking in my Financial aid page on BYU and I clicked on the awards received to check when I would get the check for the PELL grant. When I looked at it there was the amount for the PELL grant, and below it there was another amount.... for a SMART grant!! Apparently since I am a science major in my fourth year being a U.S. Citizen with a PELL grant and having kept at least a 3.0 grade point average I am eligible!!! With this Tuition and books are covered for the next year!!! I say thank you Bush because he endorsed it. Good job, Bush, you made my day.

That's awesome! I love free money.
Good job Zak. I'm sure you earned it. Guess there's a few Bush lovers out there.
Yea for free money!!
Bush wasn't fast enough for me to reap those same benefits! I guess since I'm not there anymore you finally had to buy your own books huh?
School is so expensive! Jed will be happy to hear that someone in our family still likes the Pres.
Good job being so smart.
You probably found this already, but Tom bought Hillary's books on ebay and he also found a site that rents books, that's the newest thing. we saved SOSOSO much money. I can't believe how much they rip you off with books.
That was the hardest thing for me while going to school-- buying those dang books. 800 bucks is truly outrageous. There is finally something that I can praise President Bush for! He always wanted to be smart, but never was, so he wants to reward those who are. Way to go Zak.
