Insomnia is Crap-tastic


So last night I COULD NOT fall asleep for like 2 or 3 hours... It may be because of the "accidental nap" that came about around 7pm earlier that evening, but uuuhggggg. I wouldn't be horribly annoyed if I had nothing going on in the morning, but work starts at 7am. Oh yeah, and I went to bed at about midnight, so I didn't fall asleep until about 2:30 or 3. I know that all this whining and complaining is just going to bring about comments from mothers that deal with crying babies all night and such... but still, not falling asleep when you're tired is NOT COOL.

No, I will agree, not being able to fall asleep for a couple of hours is the WORST. Especially when you have to get up early. Sorry Zakarias.

I never have that problem. Am I the only lucky sleeper in the family? I did stay up until 2 a.m. watching lost and then got up at 5:20 for a weight lifting class. It took like 3 days to recover. Buy the way- the 5th disc of the 2nd season of lost is way disturbing... I'm not so sure I love it anymore. Where are you guys at?

You need to get Tylenol PM - it is a miracle drug. Dad will take one on Tuesday when he works late then has to get up super early. It's the worry of super early that ruins sleep. I would take the PM at least 1/2 hour before you have to go to bed.

Oh good, I'm glad to hear some doubt about Lost - now I won't feel too bad about not watching it.

I have tylenol PM, but it leaves me groggy in the morning... this is super rare not to sleep though, so Im not too worried about it
